We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- If you change your mind and just flat out did not like the item and the item is not defective, you can download the no phone, no pre-authorization required form to process the return. Indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund, or store credit.
In order to receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition, with its original packaging, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Upon receiving the item/s, we will do a refund back to your credit card (or issue store credit on a gift certificate depending on your choice), but less the shipping fees.
Please package the item/s carefully for shipping and use a reliable insured courier. Ship it to:

Make sure to keep your courier's receipt. You do not need to contact us but an email to customercare@gadgetgoodies.com to let us know that a return is coming our way along with the tracking number would be appreciated.
- If the item you received was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, e-mail us at customercare@gadgetgoodies.com so that we can generate a return/exchange authorization for you and take care of the return shipping fee.
