We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
If you change your mind and just flat out did not like the item and the item is not defective, you can download the no phone, no pre-authorization required form to process the return. Indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund, or store credit.
In order to receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition, with its original packaging, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Upon receiving the item/s, we will do a refund back to your credit card (or issue store credit on a gift certificate depending on your choice), but less the shipping fees.

Make sure to keep your courier's receipt. You do not need to contact us but an email to customercare@gadgetgoodies.com to let us know that a return is coming our way along with the tracking number would be appreciated.
If the item you received was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, e-mail us at customercare@gadgetgoodies.com so that we can generate a return/exchange authorization for you and take care of the return shipping fee.
